Some details

These are details from a large painting I am doing of my best friend Betsy. I started the painting at some point last year, but have yet to complete the background. For the time being, everything other than Betsy is either a tealy blue or black. So here are the details to hold you over until the entire painting is ready to be shown!

Christmas Scarf

This scarf was kind of a christmas gift to myself. I went to NC to spend Christmas with my family, and, as always, paid a visit to Earth Guild where I got these three great yarns. I was having a hard time deciding what to make with them, since I spent more than I would usually spend on yarn, but my Mom helped my make a great decision, it was really fun to make, and I think it looks GREAT!
